A 2-3 cup wood fired tea pot with a cane handle.
This teapot was fired at the Hempmill Pottery and Cookery school during the summer of 2020 in a wood fired 'train' kiln, so called because it looks very like a train. This particular piece was sited very low down in the kiln, right in the flame path and such has been heavily ashed. The inside has a liner glaze but the outside had no glaze applied before the firing, it has been glazed only by the ash from the fire and as such is completely unique.
It has my makers mark under the spout.
Approx 8cm (17cm to the handle) x 12 cm x 15 cm.
